    I blitzed a few handfuls in with https://www.denisebrown.co.uk/spearmint.html , Scots Pine and Rosewood oil to banish apathy and lethargy. Thankful for this product.

For a bath, add two handfuls of salt to a warm bath. For concentrated use (for severely aching muscles), add half the contents of this pack. Soak for 20 minutes before rinsing. For Soothing areas of muscle pain, add one handful of salt into a cup of hot water and cool the solution in a refridgerator for 20 minutes. Apply to affected area and leave to soak in.

What is Himalayan salt?

Himalayan Salt is a rock salt found near the foot hills of the Himalaya’s and is famous for it’s pink colour caused by it’s unique mineral composition and the high levels of iron found naturally in the salt.

What are the benefits of using Himalayan Salt?

Himalayan Salt is known for containing all 84 minerals needed by the body, such as magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, potassium and chloride, as well as traces of boron, fluoride, iodine, zinc, selenium and copper. Due to it’s high mineral content it is widely used for its therapeutic benefits.

How long should I soak in Himalayan salt?

We recommend soaking in Himalayan Salts for at least half an hour, twice a week.

Can I use Himalayan Bath Salts if pregnant?

Himalayan Salts can help revive aching muscles & aid relaxation but we do advise speaking to your doctor first just in case & ensuring the temperature of your bath water is comfortable but not too hot.
