What are the benefits of magnesium?

We would recommend making a salt bath part of your general wellness routine & indulge in a half hour soak at least once a week. If you exercise regularly, you’ll inevitably lose more essential minerals through sweat so we would encourage a salt bath each time after rigorous exercise to aid recovery.
