The difference between our Muscle Therapy and Post Work-Out Bath Salts

Unsure of whether to use our Muscle Therapy Bath Salts or Post Work-Out Bath Salts? Then we can help.

We’ve broken down the difference between the two products in more detail below to help you pick the best range of bath salts for your specific needs.

Muscle Therapy Bath Salts

Our Muscle Therapy Bath Salts are part of the bigger Muscle Therapy range, which includes products for targeted pain relief as well as the overall soothing of muscles.

The bath salts combine 100% Dead Sea Salts with a revitalising blend of Eucalyptus and Rosemary essential oils to soothe muscle aches and pains. Packed full of natural minerals including Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium and Bromides, soaking in these bath salts will:

  • Soothe muscle aches and pains
  • Ease strains and stiffness after a long day
  • Rejuvenate body and senses
  • Flush away bad toxins
  • Help to balance the skin’s natural moisture levels

If you’ve had a long day on your feet or have a manual labour job where you’re constantly moving, the Muscle Therapy Dead Sea Bath Salts will help to soothe the aches & pains.

They’ve been designed to help nourish skin, replenish the minerals lost throughout your day and revive muscles to leave them feeling renewed.

Post Work-Out Bath Salts

Our Post Work-Out Bath Salts are one of the latest products to be introduced to the Dr SALTS+ range. These bath salts combine Epsom Salts and rejuvenating Black Pepper extract to aid in the relief of muscle strain and tension – the perfect recovery after exercise.

Due to the inclusion of Magnesium Sulphate, soaking and unwinding in a bath filled with these bath salts can help you after intense exercise and a work-out session which has put pressure on your body.

The Post Work-Out Epsom Bath Salts help to:

  • Relieve muscle strain and tensions
  • Energise the body and help boost circulation
  • Replenish the body with minerals after intense exercise
  • Flush out toxins
  • Relieve stress in the mind and body

If you suffer with severe muscle tension after exercise, then Epsom Salts can help you recover. We use Epsom Salts due to its high mineral content and because they are scientifically proven to help your body flush out toxins and aid general well-being.

For example, the very high concentration of Magnesium Sulphate in Epsom salts helps to reduce inflammation, which in return relieves pain and muscle cramps often caused by exercise.

Our Muscle Therapy and Post Work-Out Bath Salts both contain 1kg of salt and provide you with a simple solution to your primary muscle concerns.
